To cheat in this game you have to edit your savegames.
Play a game and save and remember the slotNR
IN the "X:\\Project Nomads\\Run\\save" directory you wil find your savegames ， open the file named slotx.n in notepad (where x is the slotnumber) (to make the searching and editing easier copy paste the file into word ， but remember to save the text in notepad ， for word will put in a lot of extra junk)
There are a number of things you can edit:
Find the following Lines :
.setmaxartefacts x
[x is the number of artefacts you can carry， works upto six ， dunno if more is possible]
If you look a little further you will find something like this :

These are your islands buildings and their IDnumbers ， to make these a little more powerfull search for their building names
Example searching for "j_guntower0219" wil show you the settings of your guntower(in my case my first guntower)
If you look carefully you will find a line like this
"j_guntower01" "j_guntower0219" and a little further this line
"j_guntower01/turret" "turret19"
Now comes the editing part :
in the text j_guntower01 ， the 01 stands fo the level of the gun ， If you change this in both! cases to 03 ， j_guntower03)
You're gun will be a level 3 (wich is the maximum) instead of a level 1
The same goes for your powerplant(windmill) and your silo.
I know it is possible to upgrade your garage to further aswell (level 3 is a bomber) ， but I'm still figuring out how this works..
PS I found this out myself by thinking logically and reading the text in the savegame ， please do not mail me if you do not understand， just read your savegames carefully

Invisible Car
In the construction site near Hoboken， drive around the site with your car passing buildings until you see a car on your radar. To get to the car， walk through the big wooden door (yes THROUGH it) and drive back out. After about 30 seconds the car starts disappearing. When the car is done disappearing， YOU will too， and if you save， then the effect will become permanent.
Unlock Free Ride Extreme mode
To unlock the Free Ride Extreme you have to finish all missions. The Extreme mode allows you to get extra fancy cars (like the super fast taxi). Also there are no cops in this mode.
Easy money:
- Kill the men in the all black suits with the black hat (gangsters) to earn $500 each.
- Go into the country and speed in a fast car.
- Blow up cars for $100 each.
- Drive taxis to earn money.

The following cheats require that you re-name a guest to one of the below names.
Photographer guest:
Enter Chris Sawyer as a guest name.
Artist guest:
Enter Simon Foster as a guest name.
Increase guest happiness:
Enter Melanie Warn as a guest name. You can rename the guest to another name and repeat this on another guest as needed. Keep doing this to also increase your park's rating.
Waving guests:
Enter Katie Brayshaw as a guest name.
Hungry guest:
Enter Tony Day as a guest name. This guest will usually be hungry or very hungry.
"Wow!" thinking:
Enter John Wardley as a guest name.
Guest pays double entrance fee:
Enter John Mace as a guest name.
Faster Go-Karts:
Enter Damon Hill as a guest name. Enter Michael Schumacher as a guest name to race even faster.
Slower Go-Karts:
Enter Mr Bean as a guest name.
Multiple names:
You can have more than one person with the same name (which works well when using the cheats) by changing the capitalization of various letters. For example Chris Sawyer can be used on another person by making all letters lower or upper case (chris sawyer and CHRIS SAWYER).
Guests never leave:
Put a "No Entry" sign by the entrance， facing away from the entrance. Guests can still come in， but will not leave. Note: This may cause your park rating to decrease， because many guests will be "lost" and want to go home.
Extra building space:
Build a ride or attraction such as a maze. You can now build on top of that with smaller rides (for example， bumper cars).
